The Embassy accepts COI applications, with forms available at the Consular counter or ICA’s website.

The Embassy accepts applications for Certificates of Identity (COI). The application forms are available at our Consular counter or can be downloaded from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority’s (ICA) website, https://www.ica.gov.sg/documents/coi/apply. All COI applications will be forwarded to ICA for processing.
