Application for Singapore passports
Singapore Citizens may apply for a new passport online at https://www.ica.gov.sg/documents/passport/apply.
Should you be unable to apply online, you may submit the passport application through the Singapore Embassy in Bangkok. Please make an appointment at https://calendly.com/singemb_bkk and bring along the following:
Documents required
Completed original Singapore Passport Application Form. The form can be downloaded from the ICA website.
A clear, colour photograph which meets ICA's passport photo specifications. The photo guidelines may be found on the ICA website.
Current original Singapore passport and NRIC (original IC or Singpass digital IC) for identity verification.

2,070 Baht
Processing time
The passport application will be forwarded to ICA for processing. For more details, visit the ICA website.
Collection procedure
The Embassy will notify you only after your passport has arrived at the Embassy and is ready for collection. You will be notified of the details pertaining to the collection of your passport (documents required, opening hours, etc) then.
For identification and security reasons, you must present yourself in person at the Embassy at least once, either when you complete your application or when you collect your passport. You will need to produce all required documents (as requested by Embassy) at the point of collection or application.
